Ukwanda Puppets and Design Arts Collective is a South African puppet-making and performance group rooted in creative storytelling, community engagement, and cultural expression. The collective began from grassroots arts work and has grown into a resident artist group at the Centre for Humanities Research (CHR) at the University of the Western Cape, where they use puppetry and object theatre to explore history, identity and social possibility.
