Ženska strana rata” je zbornik sa 120 svedočenja, zapisa i sećanja žena o ratovima koji su vođeni na tlu nekadašnje Jugoslavije od 1991-1999, razvrstanih u 14 poglavlja (Vukovar, Pred zidom šutnje, Muškarac je zastrašujuća sila nasilja i bola, Sve su odnijeli, Opsada Sarajeva, Bježi, sklanjaj djecu, Žene Krajine, Srebrenica, Glasovi nestalih, Svjetla u tunelu, Žene obnavljaju sjećanja, Kosovo, „Humanitarna“ intervencija, Prelazeći liniju).
Knjiga daje mogućnost sagledavanja specifičnih oblika stradanja žena u ratu, njihovu hrabrost i snagu da prevaziđu traume i uspostave normalan život, kao i važnost solidarnosti sa ženama izvan svih granica i podela.
Zbornik “”Ženska strana rata”” rezultat je jednogodišnjeg istraživanja Žena u crnom i ostvaren je uz regionalnu saradnju sa ženskim nevladinim organizacijama i organizacijama koje se bave ljudskim pravima, kao i pojedinkama i pojedinacima koji su nesebično pomogli.

The Women’s Side of the War” is a collection of 120 testimonies, records and memories of women about the wars that were fought on the soil of the former Yugoslavia from 1991-1999, divided into 14 chapters (Vukovar, Before the wall of silence, A man is a terrifying force of violence and pain, All are took away, Siege of Sarajevo, Run away, hide the children, Women of Krajina, Srebrenica, Voices of the missing, Light in the tunnel, Women restore memories, Kosovo, “Humanitarian” intervention, Crossing the line). The book gives an opportunity to see the specific forms of suffering of women in war, their courage and strength to overcome trauma and establish a normal life, as well as the importance of solidarity with women beyond all borders and divisions.
The “Women’s Side of War” collection is the result of a one-year research by Women in Black and was produced with regional cooperation with women’s non-governmental organizations and organizations dealing with human rights, as well as individuals and individuals who selflessly helped.
