In het project ‘Coaching in theater maken’, een samenwerkingsproject van Kunstfactor, werkplaatsen voor amateurkunst, instellingen voor kunst en cultuur en de Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht, kregen 35 theatermakers uit het amateurtheaterveld voor vier jaar (2007-2010) een individueel coachingstraject aangeboden. De coaches waren theatermakers uit het professionele circuit. Ze trokken een productie lang met de amateurmakers op en coachen hen op basis van hun leervragen. Diverse bijdragen over de ervaringen van makers en coaches van dit project.
In the project ‘Coaching in theater making’, a collaboration between Kunstfactor, workshops for amateur art, institutions for art and culture and the Utrecht University of the Arts, 35 theater makers from the amateur theater field were offered an individual coaching program for four years (2007-2010). .
