The Sound of Change was selected as the theme for ICAF 2023, as we believe that sound is a way of bringing people and contexts together, communicating within and between our communities, and connecting across borders and bridges. The second mini-documentary in our series focuses on the festival theme, as well as two core projects from the festival programme that used sound as the basis for their methodologies: MetX from Brussels, Belgium and BasketBeat from Barcelona, Catalonia.
