ICAF works with a small core team and a large, dedicated network of freelancers and volunteers. Together, they make the festival possible. During the festival, the team expands to include producers, technicians and more than fifty volunteers, ensuring the personal approach for which ICAF is known.
With this flexible organisation, ICAF remains locally rooted and internationally connected.
