Mini ICAF is the smaller counterpart to the international festival and acts as a bridge between festivals. The programme is still in the making as we are writing this newsletter. Expect an inspiring and provoking programme that will bridge the ideas, dilemmas and discussions that came up during ICAF 2023, whilst paving the way to our future festival, in 2026!
