There are several types of ticket available for ICAF 2026, including the Festival Package, the Daily Fee, and the Sunday Special. For each ticket type, there are also multiple pricing tiers available catering to differing economic brackets, including: regular, freelance, and student.
Each of ticket type includes access to the workshops, performances, lunches and dinners. During the festival transportation to the different locations will also be included in your ticket.

Ticket and Pricing Information
In order to make the festival accessible for everybody we have three staggered fee categories:
The Festival Package will give you access to all workshops, performances, lunches and dinners.
The Daily Fee gains you access to the morning seminars, workshops, performances, lunches and dinners.
The Sunday Special is an add on ticket that gives access to the close conversation, brunch and the finale show.
Each offering has three different price brackets available: regular, independent, and student.
Regular festival visitor is for those in secure employment who have the financial capacity for the full fee.
Independent is for freelancers or those in less secure employment who are do not have the financial capacity for the full fee.
Student is for registered students. Must show a student card or pass upon arrival at the ticket desk.

Cancellation Conditions:
- If you cancel no later than 14 days before the start of an event or festival, your payment will be returned in full with a deduction of € 25 administrations costs
- If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before an event or festival, we’ll reimburse 50% of your payment with the deduction of an administration fee
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the festival, we can no longer return your payment. In that case you may give your festival access to another person. Please inform us of the name of the person replacing you.
- All payments are handled by our payment provider Buckaroo.
On your account statement the name “Buckaroo” will appear. - To cancel, please send an email to info@icafrotterdam.com
Attention:
- Be on time. Once a workshop or performance has started we can no longer let you in.
- Mobile phones will have to be turned off completely during workshops or performances.
- We often organise our performances or events at other locations. We ask that you respect the rules of the location in question.
