Europe, The Netherlands, Rotterdam

ICAF NEW MKRS, a festival produced especially for young talents and artist-facilitators within the community arts sector here in the Netherlands, will once again be offering a fantastic opportunity for audiences to engage with the newest, homegrown talent. The programme will be composed of a series of provoking lectures, discussions and performances including, organised around this years’ chosen theme.
