Workshop Common Frames
Artist: Common Frames
INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION
Media play an important role in how we view the world and how we (re-) present ourselves. At Common Frames we are convinced that making media yourself teaches you to look at this more critically. At Common Frames we also believe in the unifying power of creating media. That is why we develop and organize film and media literacy projects for (young) newcomers in The Netherlands. In our projects we bring various worlds together and look for common frames.
Participation, co-creation and ownership are the core of our work.
In this online workshop we will illustrate the work and methodology of Common Frames.
And of course, we will also give you an opportunity to participate in creating your own media yourself!
During the first half hour, Common Frames will introduce their methodology via VIMEO livestream that is open for everyone. After the general introduction, people who have registered in advance can participate in an interactive workshop. Click below to register for the workshop.
