MEXE-III

From 18th to 24th of September 2017 the third edition of MEXE, the international arts and community festival in Porto (Portugal), will take place!  It is curated by Hugo Cruz, whom we first met through our Argentinian friend Edith Scher (ICAF 5, 2011), and who participated in ICAF 6 and 7. Our very own Eugène van Erven will be giving a talk on 20 September. But also a couple of other familiar projects and faces will be around, like François Matarasso, a screening of Trash Dance documentary (Forklift Danceworks, USA) and The Cabbage Field documentary of Vita Geluniene and Ed Carroll from Lithuania. Also Upstate Theatre (Ireland) will perform The Far Side. And of course, there is much more. Check out the full programme here: https://www.apele.org/a-pele-en
