The mission is to inspire hope and promote wellbeing across wh\u0101nau, hap\u016b, iwi and individuals in need. Their values are rooted in <em>aroha<\/em> (love), <em>p\u016bkenga ahurea<\/em> (cultural skillfulness) and <em>pono<\/em> (integrity\/genuineness).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Recovery St runs transformative 4\u201312 week programmes that combine art, therapy, and M\u0101ori cultural practice to support healing and recovery. Participants express themselves through sculpture, film, music, <em>kapa haka<\/em>, theatre, and spoken word, while engaging in trauma-informed processes such as psychodrama, drama and narrative therapy, and M\u0101ori spiritual practices.
