Elders in het ICAF programma speelt tg Signum de voorstelling Stille Vlucht<\/em>, het autiobiografische verhaal van acteur Ali Shafiee, die op 19-jarige leeftijd Iran ontvluchtte. Zijn verhaal wordt volledig gespeeld in Nederlandse Gebarentaal, ondersteund met een vertaler en Engelse boventitels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In deze workshop demonstreren regisseur Steef Kersbergen en (WORKSHOP 1: 13.30-15.00) sign language teacher Gomer Otterspeer, (of WORKSHOP 2 15.30-17.00) Ali Shafiee hoe je toneel maakt dat gebaseerd is op gebarentaal. Maak je geen zorgen als je geen gebarentaal kent. Er is ook een tolk aanwezig en je wordt door het hele proces heen geloods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De workshop bestaat uit drie componenten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We beginnen met een aantal oefeningen om je brein te kalmeren en je open te stellen voor de andere vormen van communicatie en waarneming die nodig zijn om alles emotioneel en rationeel tot je te nemen. Dit is cruciaal om gebarentaal te observeren en te snappen, zonder tolk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als tweede ondergaan deelnemers een oefening waarin ze op beeldene en fysieke wijze een verhaal leren vertellen. Ze leren zichzelf, of een deel van een verhaal, met simpele bewegingen en tekens uit te drukken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In het derde onderdeel cre\u00ebren de deelnemers een groepscompositie waarin beelden, beweging en gebarentaal worden gecombineerd met daadwerkelijke geluiden en spreekstemmen. Zo wordt er gezamenlijk toegewerkt aan een korte presentatie in de stijl van tg Signum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steef en Gomer of Ali begeleiden alle deelnemers bij het ontdekken van eigen tekens, op weg naar het uiten van een expressief collectief verhaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De workshop wordt in gesproken Engels en Nederlandse Gebarentaal aangeboden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
